Let customers call you from a link

A Call us link is a page customers open to call your team from their phone or computer’s browser. They pick who they need, say their name, and it rings the right people, free for them. It needs Freesbe’s phone system, and you need to be an owner or admin (or have the Phone admin role).

1. Make the link

1. Open the Admin Center, then Phone → Call routing → Call us links.
2. Click Add a Call us link, and write the Title customers see, like “How can we help?”.
3. For each team, add a button: its name, a line under it, and what it Rings: people, a voicemail, a phone menu or a call queue. Up to 5.
4. Keep Their name on under Ask before the call, and add any questions your team needs, like an order number. Write them in your customers’ language.
5. Click Create link.

2. Share it

Under Use it:

• Link: copy it into emails, chats and your social profiles.
• Copy website button: a ready-made Call us button. Paste it into your website’s HTML where you want it.
• QR code: for flyers, receipts and the shop counter.

On Telegram, choose the link as the Call us button in Workspace settings → Integrations → Customer inbox → Telegram. Customers then send /call, or tap Call us in the bot’s menu.

3. Take the calls

Calls ring like any other call, with the customer’s name and Call us link · from the browser under it, and their answers below. Outside business hours, if you turned on Follow business hours, the buttons say you’re closed and show your message instead.

Calls are free for customers and cost your workspace $0.01 a minute.

If it doesn’t work

• The customer can’t hear or be heard: their browser needs the microphone. They tap Call again and allow it. See Can’t hear or be heard.
• Nothing rings: check who the button rings in the link’s settings, and that they’re signed in to the phone.
• “Lots of calls from here just now”: many calls came from the same network in a short time. They can try again in a minute or two.
